AAM (American Association of Museums) recently joined with more than 100 other nonprofit organizations in creating, signing and issuing the Pocantico Declaration, calling for a renewed and rejuvenated partnership between governments and the “civic sector” to tackle society’s most pressing problems.
The declaration is a call to action, and looks to inspire the nation’s governments and businesses to join with its civic sector for a renewed “partnership in public service.”
